Lac-Hydrin Side Effects:
Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Stop using the medication and call your doctor if you have severe burning, stinging, redness, or peeling of the skin treated with ammonium lactate.
Less serious side effects may include:
mild skin peeling or dryness;
mild skin redness or irritation;
bruising or other discoloration; or
darkening of the treated skin.
